Comet 8P/Tuttle is gradually brightening. We managed to photograph it after two week cloudy period 19/20 November 2007 at 00:42 – 01:15 local time at THO. It is high in the sky near Polar Star. It has in the picture about 0,5 arc minutes coma and very weak tail structure.

We took 12 x 150s CCD exposures unfiltered. Near the comet is GSC 4651-1729 star which is 12,9 mag.

Weather was not very good at the time the pictures were taken, sky was quite foggy and in the west low in the sky was the Moon. Temperature was -6 Celsius.
