Comet 46P/Wirtanen photographed at Taurus Hill Observatory in the evening of 22.2.2008. The full moon made the observation a bit difficult, but still there is a quite bright object in the picture below. At the moment of the photograph the comet was about 28 degrees abowe the horizon. The clear filter was used for photographing and the exposure time was 90 sec. This photograph is combined from the 12 individual photographs. The weather was clear and the temperature was 0 celcius degrees. The field of view is 10’x7′.
