Supernovae SN2008P and SN2008bx were photographed 24./25.4.2008 at Taurus Hill Observatory by the research team members Hentunen and Nissinen. SN2008bx was discovered 22.4.2008 by Tim Pucket. SN2008bo has brightened.

After quite long cloudy period we succeeded to image SN2008bo at THO 12/13.4.2008 night. We measured the magnitude of SN2008bo 15.9R. We also imaged SN2008bn, which we measured as magnitude 16.5R. Observers: Markku Nissinen and Olli Rantula.

SN2008bo colour picture was photographed by using the photometric filters. The picture below is combined in MaximDL by the 5×300 sec. L, 5×300 sec. R, 3×300 sec. V and 4×300 sec. Taurus Hill Observatory continued the supernova search program with great success. Research team members Veli-Pekka Hentunen and Markku Nissinen photograhed galaxy NGC 6643 (about 78 bly from the Earth) 31.3/1.4.2008 at Taurus Hill Observatory. Three recently discovered supernovae has been photographed 28.3.2008 at Taurus Hill Observatory by Veli-Pekka Hentunen and Markku Nissinen. The weather was quite good. Temperature was about -5 celsius degrees. Research team photographed three recently discovered supernovae 24./25.3.2008 at Taurus Hill Observatory. Observers: Veli-Pekka Hentunen and Markku Nissinen. Two supernovae was observed at Taurus Hill Observatory 7./8.3.2008. Observer: Veli-Pekka Hentunen. Supernova SN2008at is a Ia type of supernova. It was discovered by the Jack Newton anf Tim Puckett 2.3.2008. Supernova SN2008ak photographed at Taurus Hill Observatory.

Supernova SN2008ak was discovered from the galaxy UGC2519 12.2.2008 and it is a type II supernova. At the maximum it had the brightness of 17.0 magnitudes, but at the moment of this photograph it was much dimmer. The object photographed at Taurus Hill observatory 2./3.3.2008.
